I appreciate the customer service from the front door to the chair! I appreciate my dentist who has a listening ear to my concerns and doesn't discourage or discount what I say. I am thankful to have a caring team 😊

From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out they make your experience welcoming with getle conversation and knowledge. They are hands down the absolute BEST Dental office in Wake County!!!!!

I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist, and it honestly took me years to find a place where I even felt comfortable enough to keep my appointments. New Hope Dental has completely changed that experience for me. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and the team is incredibly kind. Carolina takes such great care of me and is truly amazing—she always makes sure I’m comfortable and at ease. The ladies at the front desk are also fantastic and always greet you with warmth and kindness. If you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits, I highly recommend New Hope Dental. They’ve made something I used to dread into a genuinely positive experience.

I had my first visit at New Hope Dental care today, and I was really impressed. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and the office was clean and comfortable. My hygienist was gentle and explained everything clearly, and the my dentist, Dr. Eric was thorough, professional, and took time to answer my questions without rushing. I left feeling well cared for and confident I've found a GREAT dental team. Highly recommend!!
